​Covered Area:13,000 SqFt (65ft x 200ft)

Serving Area : Buffet tables and  snacks-tables can be arranged behind the Sit- area. Adequate facilities for storage of water and other utilities are provided. Separate Utility area is available for  pre-heating the food. Cooking is not allowed in the premises and there is no Kitchen facility available.

Rooms : There are two  well-furnished rooms  for  use by the  guests ,  at the ground floor. 

​Sit-out and Lawn area :  Sit out can accommodate around 120  chairs. Comfort Seating with Cane Sofas is recommended on the lawn area,  which can accommodate around 30 to 40 people .  Alternatively, an additional  120 chairs can be placed on the Lawn for evening functions. ( for  day-time functions ,  additional shamiana is  recommended )

Roof-top Garden :  Can accommodate  around  120 chairs.  This can also be used for dining purpose

If  the function is an evening party ( engagement or dinner parties) then  taking in to consideration that the visitors will arrive over a 3 hr to 4 hr interval, the venue can host function with around 600 guests.
